Seamless Replacement of Missing Teeth
The natural
look & feel.

The spaces left by missing teeth can often have a negative effect on appearance, self-esteem, and the health and stability of the remaining teeth. It can also impact speech and your ability to eat and chew the foods you enjoy.

Dental implants provide a proven method of replacing missing teeth, with the aim of restoring a natural look and feel. Using the highest medical- grade titanium and guided by 3D imaging, our team places implants with the precision and care your smile deserves. Individual outcomes vary.

The Horizon Dental Process
Four steps to
a complete smile.
01
Diagnostics

A 3D CBCT x-ray of the implant site is first taken to assess bone quality, bone volume, and the exact position of surrounding anatomical structures — ensuring precise and safe placement planning.

02
Implant Placement

Using the highest medical-grade titanium, a dental implant is carefully and accurately housed within the jawbone. The implant is then allowed sufficient time to heal and integrate with the surrounding bone — a process called osseointegration.

03
Impressions

Once the dental implant has completely healed and stabilised within the bone, impressions are taken and our laboratory begins crafting your tailored ceramic crown — precisely matched to your surrounding teeth.

04
Final Restoration

The final appointment involves attaching your new ceramic crown to the implant. The accuracy and colour of the crown will marry perfectly with your remaining teeth, leaving a functional, comfortable, and natural-looking tooth.

Sinus Lift

Occasionally it may be necessary to increase bone thickness when receiving an implant in the upper molar region. A sinus lift gently elevates the sinus membrane to create the space needed for a successful implant.

01
Bone Grafting

In cases where there is insufficient bone to house an implant, a bone grafting procedure deposits synthetic grafting material into the site and allows healing time — building the foundation for a successful implant outcome.

02
Implant-Retained Dentures

Suffering from loose dentures? It is possible to place dental implants and attach your existing denture to them — drastically improving fit, stability, and the comfort of everyday eating and speaking.

03
Highest Medical Grade Titanium — Biocompatible & Proven

All implants placed at Horizon Dental use the highest medical-grade titanium — the same material used in orthopaedic surgery. Titanium is biocompatible, lightweight, and osseointegrates reliably with human bone to create a stable, long-term foundation for your restoration.
